Do you have to turn in t he money for taxes if a relative asks you to paint something for them and they just had you some cash for it and do you need a buisiness license as an artist? I assume the answer to both is yes but art that is sold for less than than a certain amount might not qualify not sure on this stuff

Hi! I wonder do you sell your paintings varnished? It took long time to dry for varnish (6-12 months) right? Do you sell it framed or just plain canvas/board? And by the way, thanks for another great video!

I really enjoyed watching you paint this one as it is a similar subject to what I am painting at 5he moment (I’m doing a series on French water mills) It encourages me to see that you also sometimes have a central subject and no defined focal point to which the eye is led I guess sometimes a beautiful subject allows for the odd rule to be broken!

I'm one of those people who post on instagram many different subjects in many different medias, it is very random I've been having a feeling that that has been causing me problems in terms of growing a following I do it because I am required to have a well rounded experience to teach art but in no specific media Do you suggest that I post everything that I want on my website but keep my instagram refined to one subject or one medium? Thanks very much

This is an important subject that doesn't get talked about enough I used to think that if I just improved my skills enough that making money wouldn't be a problem However, being able to monetize your art is a skill in itself
