Hi there 😊 thank you for the useful info 👍🏼 was wandering If a sum of over €10 thousand euros gets put into my revolut account , will it be safe in the account ? Its family inheritance i,m worried about 😮 my brother lives in italy & i live in greece and since the passing of our father , i had to go to italy to sign documents with regards to his house there We're splitting the money of the sale of the house once it gets sold this year Will revolut flag my account if a certain amount gets put into it ? I have a greek account, maybe i can put the bulk of the money from the sale of the house into my greek account Thanks again for the info 🙏🏼

What is meant by Card? Is it a Visa card or whatever? What symbol on a payment terminal does it match with? Sorry, but I am unclear about the topic There is money deposited in your Revolut or Wise account and you have a card that draws money from that account at the point of purchase right?

You will never know how much this video helped me 👏👍brI bought a place in France, and needed a French bank account That can be a horrendous challenge, because they want all your tax returns from your home country, and a large deposit Etc So I set up a WISE account instead So very good All my property insurance and utilities are set up with auto pay via WISE It was seamless Thanks!!!🙏

Best, unbiased review I have seenbrI have been a Revolut user for many years but the conditions keep getting worse Even with some of the paid subscriptions, Revolut now imposes a limit of the exchanges in a month As Maggi says, best solution is to have both and take advantage of each cards strengths Remember to use Wise always a the weekends as the Revolute fee is quite high

I have the opposite experience I find it quite easy to get funds into my Wise account However, Revolut is proving to be quite difficult I have tried numerous times from different bank accounts and each time the funds get rejected by Revolut I've been using Wise for several years but my Revolut card just sits there unused

Wise has virtual cards too It is so easy to move money, some banks (particularly USA) still make wiring money resemble a Space Shuttle launch

You tell us at 0:51 that both of them are banks, but wise is not a bank (Just google "Is wise a bank") So they are not covered by FSCS (UK) / deposit guarantee (EU)

Good summary I also have both, although I don't have a physical Revolut card The big advantage I see with Wise is I can receive income in various currencies and convert it to Euro relatively cheaply Revolut is very widely used in my country so is excellent for sharing bill and transferring money to friends and some small businesses too I intent to keep both also

Great Video, thanks But I’m a bit confused- putting money on my Wise Card is easy - you either transfer it from a regular bank account after the first transfer it’s instant or for a small fee you can Apple Pay it Perhaps it’s different in Brazil but I have both UK and Australian bank accounts linked and both work great

Hi I am not resident but own an apartment in Rio Do you suggest to use wise for BRL transactions? The local banks are horrible and it is also almost impossible to open a bank account with them
