 Thank you so much for explaining this! I've had a really hard time finding a counselor that feels like a fit From what you're sharing, the counsellor I was recently seeing was NOT a person-centered therapist, because it seemed like she was criticizing the steps I was taking to organize my thoughts and to take action towards my goals (she actually said "it sounds like you're constantly doing, doing doing), even though organizing is really important to me and being able to be more productive was one of my main goals! Ugh I was going to try another counsellor, but the type of therapy she offers really didn't vibe with me and this one definitely does So, now I know what to look for Anyway, I really appreciate your taking the time and care to make this video and share this information with us Blessings! - Claire
