I was looking into writting a document and seting regulations based on the international gide lines, as to decide who is judged as Israeli and as not qualified to claim that title on willing vilolation of the terms of recognition of nation, as so are judged as a privit citizen acting in terrorism and other civilians, as so, tried as a civilian in the courts of the local government, so tried not as war criminals, but as locals, as they can't claim the other land, so it transfers there This will not exactly have a look back cut off date, i litteraly can't restrict that, it would just happen
