I’ve come across a very nice 1967 Commemorative Canadian proof set that has the $10 gold piece in the set, it has an odd weight of 52 Ozs, nice set, had’nt seen one before last year Guy had them in their original boxes from the Canadian Mint

I really enjoy Canadian coins I live in Michigan so they’re easier to find I also purchase ICCS graded coins It’s a Caribou on the quarter Thanks for sharing It’s hard to find good videos on Canadian stuff

In Minnesnowta we got a lot of canadian coins in change when I was a kid Occasionally I'd get one of the special designs like the victory nickel, centennial, mountie, etc, and it was a real treat

I grew up in Tucson and I found more Canadian coins in change than I ever have in California Looking for queens and kings in my parents’ pocket change was always fun I didn’t like, though, when the edge of a Canadian quarter fooled me into thinking I had found silver I have enjoyed going back to Canadian and Mexican coins now that they’re gone from US circulation… I blame Coinstar

Hi Ben, Nice to see some gorgeous Canadian coins You picked some seriously heavy hitters there ICCS is here in Toronto, known as THE Canadian Standard for grading coins Very stringent , Especially the two letter prefix ones The SP you had at the top of the show is a Matte Specimen, hence the SP

I collect errors, and Canadian errors often go for cheap I have a PL dollar with a small chunk of copper struck into the field on the obverse I paid $10 for it Such a dramatic error on a US coin would cost hundreds of dollars

I've got 1953 Elizabeth 2nd, coronation bla-bla, in pf65 cameo, same year in 2 shillings pf66 cameo, 1/2 crown pf66 cameo, shilling in pf65 ultra cameo None are silver so bla-bla no good Pretty to look at though Kanaceda has cool coins brbrWho won FIRST, GoodSpeed again 😅 I can't t😂ell, i exit out and come back several times but all it shows is solid time frame, like hour, minutes

The ICCS certs with two letter prefixes are older than the ones that start with 3 letters Usually more accurately graded I like them more than the goofy slabs that take up all that space

I love Canadian coins, I live in Detroit , MI and Canada is just across the Detroit river My Grand Mother was Canadian and a lot of their dimes and quarters would be in our change The Canadian Mint makes some wonderful coins

I know it seems backwards, but Canadian PL dollars are very common and don’t command the value as a non-PL coin Very cool and glad to see you taking an interest in Canadian coins Also, it is incredibly difficult to find the 1936 dollar in MS65 and higher Also, not a moose it’s a caribou Love Canadian 🇨🇦 coins
