Great presentation on how to make education a team-based, data-driven practice! It is amazing and admirable that you have put out some thought out content on this topic I was impressed with the data that you have put together, especially when you did two semesters teaching heavy lecture vs team-based learning, I am really curious to know how tough that must have been and what was going through your head What if the students who only got the heavy lectures didn't do so hot but the team-based learning students did amazing? I wanted to know how you balanced it out with grading, etc brbrI couldn't agree more that to have an inclusive, diverse environment, to innovate and solve problems, it is important to have team work and collaboration in the organization!
