Though I can't do much in real life but cook I do love crafting in games Skyrim in particular rewards repetitive making of simple things with the ability to make more complicated ones Players laugh that making hundreds of simple daggers raises your skill, not realizing that's how you learn stuff like that in real life At least in the game you never have an unsellable failure lol Comment from : @patricialavery8270 |

I would have to agree but unfortunately my grandfather and father were made to feel bad for their work as smiths in East Africa We are very proud of our Tumaal (Blacksmith) tribe who are stigmatized for this beautiful skill god had blessed them with and sad we couldn’t ask for information directly from our grandfather Our father is still opening up to the idea of sharing information and we can tell he just wants to protect us but is happy we are proud of our history Comment from : @ademzh |

I think you're right! I'm curious what the modern day equivalent (of the most valuable job in the world) would be - perhaps someone who combined all of the following: "blacksmith/welder/machinist/engineer/metallurgist/material scientist"? What do you think?br(To the author, I love this channel - it's so informative and I think relevant even today! It's a good thing to know this kind of material! Thank you so kindly for posting!)
