I doubt it's an ESL classroom game, because it has nothing to do with learning English and this activity doesn't have an academic value It doesn't even give students an opportunity to produce the language

It was called 7 Up when I was in school (7 students go up) and we'd say (in unison), "heads down, thumbs up, it's time to play 7 up!" The more students up, the more students get to participate
