Holy cow I’m currently a bartender (studying to take the bar exam) and make that 😅 OBVIOUSLY his job is much more long-term, stable, and provides 401K and likely other benefits; it was just interesting to hear that the biweekly/monthly total was nearly identical to mine! (I also live in MI)

Seems low for an engineer role until he says he can’t do 3 out of 89k on the spot A quick estimation tip for anyone trying to get into engineering (overestimation is the default, round up to base 10 numbers and calculate) example here would be 90k * 03 or 9*3 since it’s a lower power computation it goes down a power(shift the decimal): so about 27k Overestimated but in the ballpark
