It's very hard to open a savings account with them and I never heard anyone mention that I think Chase is a private bank because I was qualified to open a checking account with them but was not qualified to open a savings account with them which is so strange because the interest rate on their savings account is not going to make me richbr I ran into small banks that offer 175 interest on a regular savings and 225 on a money market when Chase offers 001 interest rate and it's hard to get qualified Not to mention Chase and Bank of America are going to be closing so many locations that it's not even worth my time to try to even open accounts with these big banks because even the small banks are not closing down

i was among the earliest SoFi adopters back in 2019 when most of the world never heard of SoFi until their big name went up on Los Angeles Sports Stadiums I drive thru Delaware every week and see SoFi's physical offices there But my 2 year long experience with SoFi was like a Facebook account that was trying to be too many things financial The home feeds were contantly selling something i did not need or want Their Consumer Loan account was the worst experience I ever had in that field For example I could never pay ahead of the due date unless it was extra payments And Worst of all, they would never stop pitching Student loans They even went to the extreme to Lobby Congress to stop the Student Loan Pause so that they could run that side of the business again SoFi is crooked and i am glad I left Oh Yes - Chase Bank can burn in Hell forever! Jaime Dimon was my CEO at my offices at Bank One in the 90's and we all hated him there too

Do not go to Chase bank Every deposit will be put on hold I have not had a deposit that I haven't had to call and have a hold removed Chase believes your money is theirs and that they will let you have it when they are good and ready The worst excuse for a bank I have ever had

The Chase website is a problem to deal with Every day I get the message that it does not recognize the device I'm using I use only the one device Day after day, I have to go through the same BS to log in Every time I call customer service, it's the same thing They blame it on the search engine, but I've tried three different search engines with the same result, and those search engines work perfectly on all other websites Chase simply refuses to fix the problem
