Looked at the application just to see and I'm in Saint Louis Missouri and I couldnt even "play pretend" to fill out the app cause they ask for your current State and to my surprise Missouri wasn't on there so I couldn't complete the app So that was kind of a red flag if that makes since🤷‍♀️ to not even bother

The real truth is they took out the coin machine due to the fact that people were putting in the coins during the cycle when the machine was counting the 1st cycle (big no no) instead of waiting for it to be complete As a result the sensor tripped on them and it miscounted The instructions stated dont add money during the cycle but people still did it anyway They also asked for you to spin the machine 1 last time to make sure it counted everything The staff was supposed to clean the sensor (which was a 2 to 3 times a day routine) but on 1 or 2 days they were to busy to do so USA today found this out and exploited the bank for press and a story brbrTD was found guilty (which in a way is true) and forced to pay a settlement and withdraw the program

Honestly, I am shocked by how @TDBank_US treats their Crossborder clients I'd stay away from them I was advised by TD to process a Zelle transfer to my biz account which got flagged as fraudulent Now I have to either fly from WA to NY or drive to Canada NOW FOR THE SECOND TIME to show up in a branch and regain access to my online banking Ridiculous Looking for better ways to transfer money from Canada to US and vice versa Definitely closing my account with TD US

Its not necessarily a visa signature card If they give you a limit under 5k they’ll issue you a standard Visa card

The reason TD Bank does not have the Penny Machine anymore is because someone in New York “claimed” the machine did not count their change correctly So they were all removed from the banks
