Key PointbrWe should try to learn things process oriented because that's when we are most curious motivated and efficient Comment from : @lelouchvibritannia3440 |
|
Many years ago, I came to the exact same conclusions as this video I even used the same term “process oriented” to describe it When I was operating in the process oriented mode, I was far more productive In my theory, there is a progression from “task-oriented” to “goal-oriented” to process-oriented”, each one being more productive than the previous one The “goal-oriented” person will have tasks, but the goal is most important The “process-oriented” person will have both goals and tasks, but the process is what is most important In a way, the goal of the “process-oriented” person is just to be engaged in the processbrbrOne indicator that I have found of when someone is “process-oriented’ versus “goal-oriented” is how they handle setbacks The goal oriented person will become angry, because the goal is now further away The process oriented person will just take it in stride, and may even explore the reason and nature of the setback For the process oriented person, the setback is neither good not bad, it just changes the nature of the task Sometimes if the setback provides further insights or a chance to explore something new, the process oriented person may see it as an exciting opportunity rather than a setback They are still engaged in the process, so they are still happybrThe story of Roentgen’s discovery of x-rays is a good illustration of this brbrOne problem that I have found is when goal oriented people supervise process oriented people The goal oriented person has a hard time accepting the process as being important and will try to shut down the process oriented person to make them goal oriented This can ruin the productivity of the process oriented person For example things such as common core and excessive testing in school will tend to shut down any process oriented students, and make them ineffective Comment from : @seektruth5119 |

brShort Answer Essay
br1 There has to be relationship between the text and the writer, reader and the audience for effective communication to take place The relationship between the text and the writer will be seen in the manner in which the writer makes decisions and chooses what to include in the text to make it relevant and credible The text must also be able to meet the demand of the target audience, in this case, the text has to be able to factor in some of the characteristics of the target audience and be able to effectively communicate and address the concerns of the target audience without any form of failure Further, the reader has to be able to easily recognize the emphasis or the theme in a given text The reader needs to be able to have the ability to effectively read the text and comprehend what the text talks about It is only when this relationship is created that communications will be said to have happened
br
br2 The best way to correct the dilemma is to be able to stop further writing of the technical document This is because it can be possible for the document to be rejected or to be deemed as useless by the intended audience It is important to first do research before coming up with this nature of documentations The choice of stopping the writing of this document is important to help in avoiding any further loss of resources It saves the writer the costs and the time that can possibly be wasted in any case the document becomes useless to the intended audience Therefore, stopping the further writing is the best thing to
br
brBefore beginning the planning, the technical writer needs to do research on the problem within the surrounding and also gets he views and opinions of the target audience before engaging in writing By doing this, the technical document becomes credible and practical and also easily acceptable to the audience
br
br3 The technical writer would have given the warning that it is possible for fire to result from the steps followed and given in the text Making this information known helps in reducing the threat caused by the fire The technical writing team needs to identify all the threats, document them down and make them known prior before they happen This helps to prepare the audience and make them ready to handle any kind of eventuality

br9 Question 1
br10 The difference between the audience, the reader and the writer are very significant in the chain of communication The audience and the reader in this case are the recipients; the receive information that conveyed to them by the sender – writer For this reason, in order for communication to be successful, the intentions of the sender must be clear to the recipient for a convenient reaction from the recipient For instance, if the intention of the writer is to convince, he must make sure that the language he uses is aligned to convince Writing is a technical communication Just like communication through speech, writing intents to either convince, inform or command the audience about something The something in this case maybe an allegation, just a simple idea or an important aspect that requires the audience’s attention Any writer would like his work to be relevant, to-date and as much informative/influencing as possible Similarly, any reader would love to read article that is well drafted with proper sentence structures, punctuations and flow Also, readers would love a language that easily understood and rightly done in terms of format Writing can therefore be defined as technical art since the writer is torn into ensuring that he fits perfectly well in the dockets of a writer, reader and a thinker in order to successfully address the audience
br11
br12 Question 2
br13 Failure of technical writers to conduct research before commencing writing may mislead the audience significantly The audience principally trails behind the information that the writer provides and might not see the need of looking into further research for more understanding In case a technical writer develops content out of shallow research, it is important for him to mention in the paper that there is need for further by the audience in order to get the finer details Additionally, the writer should include sources in annotated format so as to give direction to the audience on directions to find further details To prevent such instances, the writer is obliged to conducting adequate research into the topic before commencing writing a technical paper The time invested in these research will be able to capture finer details regarding the topic and leading the audience on the right path Before planning for the writing, the writer should first gather relevant information regarding the sources for the writing, the intention of the writing and the audience that the information I supposed to addressed
br14 Question 3
br15 Before a technical writer develops and publishes any procedure for use, it is important that the writer practically experiments the procedure before submitting it to other users Through conducting this experiment, the writer will know the possible threats of fire and craft a way to solve it just within the procedure The technical writing team should be aware of any possibilities of danger in every step of the procedure Additionally, they should develop solution to each possible danger for the procedure to be safe for use Negligence on the part of technical writing teaming is an impending mess to the users of the procedure

Thanks so much! I used to work at a private school as a brPre-K 3-4 teacher's assistant for about 8 yearswe practiced differentiated teaching because we realized all kids don't learn the same some kids had to use all of their senses to learn very hands on and active! Lol! I had those kids mostly, and we had a BLAST💖 Lol! My question is Let's say these same kids are now adultsdoes the differentiated learning continue into adult-hood, or is this something different? bI'm a new Subscriber with lots of questions/b and the mind is so fascinating Thanks; in advance, for your response! 💖💖💖💖💖 Comment from : @thetravelinsagittarian1316 |

I'm sorry, but this doesn't apply for everyone in every learning situation The conclusion made in this video makes the assumption that the learner already has the motivation to complete the task If there is lack of motivation a clear goal is important This goal of course have to be split into alot of smaller ones to keep motivation at bay Comment from : @bluebearh3 |
|
I don't really think "having a clear goal" is not a better approach In fact, that's what the teacher does when he decide to put students to make vessels as much as possible The point is, not to be stressed for getting the goal in a way that yo loose your joy of learning Comment from : @ferarojas |

Really sir your videos are the best ever especially the studying tips ones Comment from : @mohamedalaa1206 |

The best way of learning is by repetition so I agree with you that is better to study 30 min a day than 5 hours a week but generally if you want to learn sth quickly do learn everyday as much as you can and make it interesting for example as a rewarding for yourself after study for 30 min eat a bar of chocolate or whatever you like and what is important keep being focused on doing a task Comment from : @marktom6740 |
|
I really liked this videoits psychologically very helpful Comment from : @abiradas1992 |
|
this is what i always do but people tell me that it s too chaotic i do it anyway because i function better without having a to do list or a specific chapter to revise It s not point for me to make a schedule: all i keep in mind is that the day shall not end without me studying for at least 30 minuteswhen i do it, that depends on my mood hehebrIf you re more on the improvising side, liking to keep options open, this method is the best for you! :) Comment from : @shuzennn |
|
This is a clear explanation Thanks Comment from : @slmslm0 |
