é incrível como passa anos e anos as pessoas continuam confundindo motivação com inspiração é por esse esse detalhe que deixam passar que a motivação é tão danificada durante anos, o que ele quis falar no lugar de motivação seria inspiração, a motivação é um motivo para ação, um motivo para que você continue sendo uma pessoa disciplinado e resili ente até chegar ao seu objetivo, muitas pessoas que tem doenças cardíacas por exemplos começam a cuidar de sua saúde por causa da motivação ( um motivo para ação, que é a doença cardíaca, isso é o motivo ) e quando percebem que se curaram elas param, pois o motivo que é (morrer por parada cardíaca já n lhe causam mais efeito)brbrde resto o vídeo é incrível

A pro sport typically narrows down to top 500 or so athletes or so who all look the same I went backstage at the 1989 Bodybuilding Emerald Cup to look at the athletes pumping up I was lightweight/middleweight looking at the State competition They all looked like me So how get own style? Have to rhyme style with name

When talking about performance anxiety, I would exclude all team sport examples Solo participant sports are the pinnacle of anxiety management when it’s ALL on you Golf, tennis, snooker spring to mind These are not about maximum physical performance and there are no hiding places

There are always exeptions but ppl who chose agressive sports might have psychological traits-adhd, maybe impulsive or even agressive temperament and need for adrenalin, dopamin high etc Also adicct pesonality disorder and so
