Ramsay is "bothered" by dude walking away from "giving his word" on the contract? Sounds hypocritical considering Ramsay admitted going "broke" is some real estate deals because I guarantee if that was the case he WALKED away either owing people money he never paid back and/or too bankruptcy which is even worse because he wiped out all other creditors as well I have never trusted his "act" anyway

No way that pull-out exists in any real estate contract many reasons included in contracts you can pull out for but none that he mentioned at all The day before closing would need to be some type of fraud or something very outside of normal for him not to be sued and have the Plaintiff win! He did not just give his word, he is legally obligated now I guarantee he does not have a contract that allows it, and I also agree he should not be buying a home, funny though listening to him he thinks he is something with his savings etc but he does not understand how meager his savings income actually are

This kid (well, like him) are the reason my parents went into debt for 20 years They sold their house Young couple days away from being married bought it They backed out & got their deposit back and my parents got stuck in a house they couldn't afford - that's why they were selling The market tanked not long after (we all remember '82!) and they were foreclosed onbrI got a job at 12 and worked up to three jobs at a time to survive high school because my parents were stupid with money to boot But kids backing out of a house deal - 'we changed our mind' hurts other people My parents were the poster children for enabling, so they didn't sue these kids because they felt bad for thembrThis call just makes me cringe
