It's not like it really matters that the languages you know are in demand If you can proof that you know a variety of languages (so they know thay you will be able to learn new ones quickly), and have an advanced understanding of programming concepts (algorithms, data structures, etc) as well as the specifics of your field you can apply to a job for a lnguage you don't know yet and learn it in the onboarding process Individual languages are by far the easiest part of programming So companies would rather hire someone new to the language that fulfills all the other requirements, than someone who is proficient in let's say JS but only went through a bootcamp and has no prior experience or impressive portfolio

Another thing to consider is that Python doesn't actually have that many jobs It's often listed as a side requirement to lots of different jobs - from the typical coding / analysis work, to management and even in some marketing positions All of those jobs are being rolled up as being "python" jobs but in reality they are difficult to get for other reasons, the market for "pure" python work is much smaller than most others
