Me e dado cuenta que en los call centers hay que tener un dominio de inteligencia emocional muy elevadobrbrCriticas construtivas: Creo que el tipo del call center debio de revisar si ella tenia el segundo cable antes de pedirle que lo buscara y que tiene que buscar la forma de sintetizar la conversación lo mas posiblebrbrSi hubiera sabido que no tenia el segundo hable se hubiera hablado un tema totalmente diferente al del video ya que todo se centro en la introducción y el problema del cable, despues de eso el cliente decidio no seguir hablando pero si no hubieran tocado el tema del cable talces el tipo hubiera logrado ayudarla trayendole mejor reputación a la compañia brbrNota: Aúnque la compañia se vea como gente muy iresponsable en realidad creo que no lo son tanto aunque si por el hecho de no revisar si el cable servia antes de enviarcelo, pero el hecho de que no tenia el segúndo cable creo que fue porque ella no lo pidio simplemente a la compañia pero tambien puede ser que simplemente la compañia tuvo problemas con los transportes de los recursos electronicos
