I can understand Peter point of view of why he doesn’t want to join the Avengers and why he doesn’t say directly as he’s still finding his place in this world and since Tony overloaded him with all the cool gadgets and stuff he’s unable to know what to do with himself as he knows he’s more than just a friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man but a Superior Spider-Man and I actually blame Tony for the boat explosion he’s still hasn’t stopped letting his weapons get stolen and I also see Peter as the more responsible person in the group along with Cap and a few others
