I’m glad because I found this channel! I’m going to practice my listening skill with these videos and I’ll write down every vocabulary that I find it difficult or new , in addition to this , that’s an interesting subject to talk about, I’m interested in these things memory,brain,reversing for exams because I’ve been suffering at school , my memory is awful ( I mean it) but still I get good marks as a result of spending time much more than it should be , I mean the others spend less time than I do , I’m doing my best al always,thanks BBC I love your video!❤

The podcast is very interesting because it provides some advice to improve our memory through drawing, do puzzles and sudokus, drawing allows to create a picture in your mind and do puzzles train our brains which help to improve our understanding brFor example, I like to practice the technique of spaced repetition to learn new vocabulary in English brLike all these techniques there are many others that permit to learn things easily and for more time
