This is about the Roles of Technology for teaching and learning using technology as a tool and a catalyst for change in educational technology It has three domains those are Technology as a tutor, teaching tool and a learning tool that it can support, facilitate, lighten the work and mostly it makes learning easy and effective The roles of technology in teaching is to provide support for teachers and students that it can assist and supplement instructional materials and the daily activities of students that they can learn for their own It also has three categories of knowledge and these are Declarative, Structural and Procedural Knowledge I also learned about the seven creative strategies of Osborn the scamper that are short for substitute, combine, adapt,modify,put to another use, eliminate and reverse In the future I need to think about my students and their exposure and access to technology as well their preferred learning styles to keep them motivated, creative and learn on their own but it should have limitations and balance for them to not rely on the technology only but also on their own self to be knowledgeable and creative
