Wrong! Vowel sounds are produced by your tongue muscle while your speech articulators produce the consonant sounds brEnglish sounds should be relaxed coming from the middle (schwa sound) and from the back

Brilliantly articulated But to a non-native speaker, the only way known is the way he/she speaks his/her native language Unless you repeeatedly hear and minutely observe the way words are pronounced, you'll never know the correct way to pronounce
