i aspire to win a nobel prize in the field of medicine and i wish to do a lot for my nation, but when i look how the scientists are treated in our nations I realise that I need to leave this country to grow Now people might call me anti nationalist for this but the same people also make fun of me while i'm researching for long hours, just for the betterment of my nation and the whole world The government pays no respect or at least nothing in comparison to foreign countries, even that factor left aside I don't why is there never sufficient funding, they want the country to develop yet they aren't investing in the needful things Not the most important thing for a scientist but the pay is so low that don't get me started I just wish that once I win and I tell this reality to the various international media, they realise their mistake, I don't want to leave my country but i wish one day they realise their mistakes so many more people who want to contribute to the country can do so

Actually the issue is a bit more nuanced than thatfor a developing nation, we need more workmen , that's why the push is always towards making people more employable Research in India is largely funded by Government with very little private participation In USA since 2010, the federally funded research (Government aided research) has declined and Private entities have taken the lead These structural problems contributes a lot towards the low push towards research recently Infosys foundation has started a research program with Chennai Mathematical Institute This is encouraging
