be so careful with homemade playdoh!!! The concentration of salt is usually way higher than store bought, so a smaller amount ingested is more dangerous

My mom used to give me flour and water to "make bread", i used to play with that for HOURS and i still Remember it, even if inwas very little! She also mixed different types of dry pasta, and my job was to separate them!

I made my own Play-Doh a couple of times I put it in a plastic bag I heard, probably from my parents, saying that the Play-Doh would dry out after a while So, in my child brain, I thought that it needed water So, in the plastic bag, I put water with the Play-Doh I was so sad the next to see that it had disintegrated

My little sister LOVES playing in the sink! obviously, only put plastic items in there, keep the water cold or luke warm and I recommend it for kids 3 years or older It keeps her entertained for ages, the clean up it normal not to bad as its only water

Mine loves ooblek, really messy but we do it outside, it’s just corn starch water and food colouring and it’s a non-Newtonian fluid so when no force is applied it’s a liquid but if you put force on it it’s a solid brbrYes my husband is a physicist, at least he’s not old enough to find my work fun yet (international politics) 😂

Depending on your country, the egg container might not be safe! It could contain small amounts of Salmonella and chicken poop; I wouldn't let my kids play with it

I Really don’t want to be THAT GUY but homemade playdough can be really dangerous if ingested because most recipes call for a HIGH level of salt which could cause issues for young children, it’s safer to just buy the brand stuff or get your hands on a low-sodium recipe if possible
