steer clear of vitgin money if you looking for a bank , we all know that banks are evil psychopathic creatures but virgin take the biscuit save yourself hours and days of stess by having no truck with it this week on advice of one of their agents i cancelled a card and a new card was ordered and delivered on thursday followed by pin number with peurile heading "for your eyes only" non known by me at the time was that the card was incapable of being activate because it was pre blocked! thats insane and an insult at the atm my new card was immediately swallowed by the machine and a note spewd out the information that the card had been retained at castle douglas and i should contact the card supplier that i duly did and had a bad tempered exchange with and agent who ordered a new card for me which is expected om monday 8th of april brmade a repeat call to bank from landline when i got home since i wasnt sure the moron i spoke to had given me the whole storyon second call i was put through to fraud department who told me the card was inactive as it was sent out preblocked and incapable of being active and further learned that the second card the one ordered by the moron would have the long number ending 89and that i should destroy it immediately because the pin number that would follow would flaf it as blocked and inactive and the atm would retain it, insane or what? its clear that virgin money are either on a richard branston euthanasia program or infected with insanity with lunatic morons in charge Now i further discover that all electronical access to my funds has been blocked snce i had te temerity to try to transfer money to my paypal account which was linked to the blocked card so the morons at the lunatic vm asylum are saying that the fraudulent activity was me trying to steal my own funds! jesus h christ! virgin money are now denying me lawful access to my funds in my case my pensions ability to pay my bills buy food etc because i have no access to an activated card truth is virgin money are acting unlawfully an imposing sactions whichh breach my human and causing homicidal stress in targeting me in this manner

The only thing letting this account down is the pin number option I had to replace my card and it took 5 days for a replacement card to arrive so I now have a card but can't use it until my pin arrives which will be another few days Why can't I activate my card from my online account allowing me to see the pin meaning I can use my new card straight this let's this account down

Virgin Bank is not the bank we should be using not only because Richard Branson had connection to Epstein and Maxwell on the island You can only put a chq into your account by ATM or your phone even if you dont want to because there is an assiatance behind the counter that as been told not to take your chq force them to use the ATM at any cost The staff collect their wage and you do the Admin for them Branson you are a PR*** Clydedale are no better

This account (formally B) i used & liked it But the biggest problem with the account is if you need to keep tabs on your budget is that many times i used my card 💳brThe payment would show as you would expect but a day or two later it would disappear and the money would show as available & if you didn't keep on top of it (say spend a lot of transactions at pay day) you could end up spending more than you have When the payment is presented a day or more after

I think this account is really good It's massively under rated I personally feel it's similar to Starling in a way brbrI like the ease of use of the app, the lovely red card, no fx fees abroad, budgeting feature, the over all modern bright look of the prodcut and the customer servicebrbrI think it's hard to fault, but I have'nt used as much as Starling
