Yep, i've done it Years ago, i did countless run trough the Capital Shamefully Fallout 3 plays bad nowadays, so when i need Fallout, i play New Vegas or Fallout 4 if i want to shoot and loot

Did you know in Fallout 3, if you have Power Armor of any type, and your Strength is 7 or lower, the game will tell you that you need Power Armor training But, if your Strength is 8 and higher, you don't get that message It's subtly referenced in Fallout 4 when you are doing the Concord mission which has an option to rip out a Minigun with 8 Strength
