Can someone provide clarification on how is it not a conflict of interest for the seller to pay both parties' Real Estate Agents commission fee? Wouldn't that motivate the buyer's agent to perhaps inflate the price of the home or urge them to purchase the property when it could be unwise?

I'm lucky, I'm salaried as a farm manager and we need a license to lease land Thus we also get to sell farms In our case being salaried I'm only eligible for up 50 of the brokerage's share I'd never want to deal with all the other junk expenses you all do If I have a farm I manage and they want/need to sell I can only make up to 25 up the brokers commission That being said almost all of our buyers are "customers" on an agency disclosure Out of my commission the good ol tax man takes 33 before it hits my account

i have been licensed for 5 months and have been actively selling real estate for 3 months and now have had 5 escrows my gross income for the group was done in 2 months totaling $48,000 Nowcomes the real work I can taste the success but need to plant the seeds and farm My goal is $200,000 for 2023 brwish me luck! Ryan or others thoughts - do brokerages allow you to get into the business part time while you work your normal 9-5?
