I applied Tuis year for the police, i think i have the wrong information since I've been pushing to finish a 10km run i maxed out at 7km into 40 min run and 60 push-ups in 1,30 min and the same for sit-ups I'm working on reducing time for a faster pace and harsher condisions under pressure since thats how i use to do my fitness when i was doing sports in high school
