Why do you have that annoying, distracting “music” track? It is not relaxing and it’s louder than the voice track It ruins the purpose of the meditation You’d be better off running white or brown noise at a low levelbrbrNice try, but ultimately useless

I feel like my eyes hurt, and im really dizzy Is this normal? 😂 maybe i tried too hard, i havent tried this method in a while and i feel like i was concentrating too hard on keeping my eyes as up as i can without opening them (they wanted to open somehow) brPlease advise cause i really wish to learn this, but i think im doing it wrong, judging by the lovely comments 🙏

First off thanks for simplifying Silva I got his books and programs but somehow struggled to make it work for me Questions 1/ what is the proper way to “roll eyes upwards”? Does one have to keep that stance for 20 min? 2/ Headphones or not? I would like to explore more visualizations Your voice is good not distracting !
