In NSMB Wii I forget which one it is but it has bullet bills at the start and its in the 9th world you can jump infinitely on the bullet bills if you do it correctly

You can also get infinite lives and mushrooms against the bullet bills in world six Just get the last toad bubble with a bunch of bills on screen and it’ll give you a few lives You can just repeat it until you have 99 mushrooms
