My Father is a mental abuser he calls me horrible things and says that I'll never be useful to anyone, he's done this before to my half sister who is now in her early 30s she lives in god awful place and struggles to survive because all my Dad ever did for her is abuse her mentally and now he's doing the same to me 😥

I know this problem all too well, not to mention that this hits so close to home There are times I feel like I'm stepping on eggshells when it comes to my mother's expectations in life She'll often get very hostile when it comes to my work/life balance and hobbies Most of the time I feel like I'm shamed, slandered, ridiculed, demonized and out casted for what I want to do with my life When it comes to my mother, there's no reasoning with her regardless If she doesn't think that my way of thinking is valid, I end up getting the short end of the stick and pushed to the side like I don't matter So I have to ask, what are words for when no one listens anymore?😓

I can very well remember how my mother used to yell at me for crying, she used to yell "stop crying, ur a boy and boys dont cry!", her yelling at me caused me to cry even more (who would have guessed) and most of the times i was crying because she was mad at me Nowadays she says she never did such things and is questions why i grew emotionaly distant

My mom has ocd, bpd, and probably anxiety from her childhood She never went to therapy for her own issues Her sister has severe mental issues and caused my mom issues too Her mother was reslly neglectful snd her childhood was terrible, therefore her equation is that im not depressed enough to go to therwpy She admits i have depression, she just doesnt ghink depression is s reason to go to therapy Yet she wonders why im failing my classes, yell at her, and never have a clean room Ive come to despise her All she does is yell I'm only 14 and dreading the next day and dressing having to talk to her I feel just a deep pit of sadness She doesn't support me

Im going to be totally honest, 100 real Whenever I’m around my father I feel anxious/miserable, I don’t know why and I really want to change this but whenever I talk to him my voice just feels weird, sometimes I like to talk about self experiences that I had at school or things that I’m proud of… but anything I say he changes it to a lecture I know my father loves me and that he wants the best of me but I just wish we could have a normal conversation and that I could change that stubborn face of his into a man with a big and wide smile Everytime my family jokes about something “funny” that my father says, I just give a shy fake smile just to engage with the act but deep down… I think to myself, what is going on? It’s like nothing becomes funny and my mind becomes frozen All I can show is a deep lonely stare with a very stubborn face… I hope I can overcome this and thanks for reading my personal experience as I am writing from the bottom of my heart😔😔

Ima be honest, I’m fighting for my life, it’s not just my parents, it’s my whole family Anytime they can be having a great time but as soon as I come because I’m lonely, the whole attitude changes It hurts my heart and being online is the honestly the only thing that makes me comfortable because online are like the only people who I can trust and have my back in situations
