I made the Mochi waffles and they are surprisingly good! I made some chocolate cream cheese as filling, but frankly the waffle is good enough on it's own To my fellow Filipinos, they taste like crispy tikoy that's chewy on the inside I made about 13 mini waffles with the recipe I stored them in the fridge and they lose the crispiness and becomes extra chewy, but still good You can re-heat them again and it's good as new, though I have to admit, freshly made is still the best Comment from : Zarah Francisco |

Being from Belgium, we have 2 types of waffles, the Liégeoise and the Bruxelloise… my favorite is the Liégeoise but like it was mentioned previously by a fellow Belgian, it needs bigger pieces of pearl sugar which is hard to find in the US 🥺 but it makes a huge difference!!!brbrThe gaufre de Bruxelles is light and airy and is also super delicious with some whipped cream and strawberries!!!
