I have 5 of them It's creamy and it's thick You can thin it out with your favorite moisturizer and use it as foundation I love Kevyn! And I'm older than you, 44, and it's amazing! One of the best concealers ever made, but unfortunately most people don’t know how to use is Skin needs to be very moisturized and primed, and literally the size of a grain of rice could cover your whole face Also works great mixed with other foundations, primers, and moisturizers to customize the coverage and finish

I’ve heard that the sensual skin enhancer needs to be mixed with another medium to make you’re own foundation Most people say to mix a rice grain sized amount with your favorite serum or moisturizer and it works wonderfully that way

Omg your personality is everyhing hahah I totally agree, i bought this from recomendations and I was so dissappointed when i used it as a concealer Creases horribly and even with powder your undereyes end as a 80yr old undereyes, looks terrible under eyes I think would be good mixed with a strobe cream all over the face, i dont see other use for this Also is overpriced honestly

So I have a love-hate relationship with this product and as a person with oily skin it's still a bit of a problem, I have really dark under eyes, oily skins, and acne scars, if you apply too much it destroys your whole makeup look, the coverage is great but that's because it is exactly like camouflage makeup rather that every day conceler and like with camouflage makeup you only use a small amount I use a lip brush just to pick up the right amount anymore and it's a disaster The only reason I got the products was that it was on sale and I didn't want to wear a full face This product should only be used for that no-makeup makeup look Also, it clogs your pores if you are prone to breakouts and blackheads

The thing with mineral oil and clogging the pores is that with face products - yes, it has the potential to clog your pores, but with eye products or hand creams it’s fine, because unless you have hairy eyelids and palms (which no one should have hair there) you won’t have that many pores in this area

Unpopular opinion this concealer is ideal for full coverage/ glam makeup This works amazing for me and I have combo skin! I will say it has a learning curve but it photographed beautifully I put just a dab on the back of my hand, applied with brush and blended with beauty blender and set it with a non-talc powder and it was gorge

I'm in my 50's There are fine lines under my eyes with any concealer I do REALLY LIKE the Kevyn Aucoin concealer I definitely recommend using a finger or a damp beauty blender The tiniest amount will conceal my dark purple spots under each eye If you use too much it'll look cakey! Painted by Spencer uses it all the time as well Just Remember: Only a dab will do ya I also have very dry skin

It's strange because this became my new favorite foundation amd I have dry skin like the desert!!! However my trick is I mix mine with georgio armani luminous silk foundation, and no shit my face looks flawless, no cracks, lines, or cake! Maybe give it a try with a Dewy foundation? Kevyn was a beautiful soul and the way he went out is terribly sad, It low-key still makes me very sad i look up to him as an inspiration and when I was doing make up at college back when I was 18 all I dreamed of was having a full kit full of Kevyn, Bobbi Brown and Rae Morris stuff haha they are pioneers of the make up world Anyway Kevyn had a doco on Netflix was very interesting recommend watching for any make up lover!
