The act specifies that for a former president to be honored, the former president must have been deceased for at least two years before the issue Hence former presidents (Jimmy Carter, George H W Bush, Bill Clinton, George W Bush, Barack Obama, and current president Donald Trump) are currently ineligibles to have a dollar coin issued in their honor The series ended in 2016, after honoring Ronald Reagan, the last president who was eligible Sincé the program has terminated, producing coins for those presidents not yet honored, it would require another Act of Congress

Are you really that daft? IQ room temperature huh? These things are 889 copper, 2 nickel and 3 manganese They cost 32 cents each in metals! After a paper dollar collapse, they will go up 10 times in value immediately! They will stand good for themselves just like the silver dollar once did! If you were the mint, wouldn't you store something that will have real value later? WAKE UP!!!!

These Coins are worthless They aren't even US Currency Search US Currency refused at PO I just tried to get a 250 dollar money order I had 2 hundred dollar bills and 2 rolls of Presidential Dollars Paper money was accepted but not the Coin The Post Office told me their Bank will not accept them Check it out for yourself
