If only we had this choice of washing machines in the UK Not everyone has the space, or money to buy these type of washer We can only buy a certain make of top-loader in UK, they are expensive, and have far too many cycles for a single elderly person They are not eco-friendly either If we wish to use eco-friendly washing powders/liquids/capsules they are three times the price of chemical ones I've resorted to a bucket&plunger or a tiny bucket type washing machine, but can take very small items! Manufacturers take note! Thanks

If you are completely broke like I have been buy a one dollar plunger at the dollar store and a five gallon bucket from lowes for five dollars using a nail or wood screw make at least five holes in the plunger The holes will allow the sudsy water to flow when you plunge Pretreat stains and scrub shirt collars and plunge for four minutes
