YouTube has changed it now so you can be monetised the requirements are at least 500 subscribers and 3000 watch hours if you can’t get 3000 watch hours you can try having 3m views on your shorts within 90 days you can get 3000 watch hours by making longer videos take this from a small content creator who can’t make money yet bc they can’t even get past 224 subs
