I dont know if im getting scammed here Someone wants to send me $2500 my currency is CHF (swiss) and hes saying i need to pay the charges which are $50, $70 and so on all little by little Could that be possible?

None is using paypal for international payments its just to expensive, you can end up paying up to 10 fee, which is insane(and you havent mentioned there is a transfer fee as well when you send this money to your bank account)
