1:21 if those fake coins respond to a magnet they are typically used for magic tricks I bought 10 for magic trick purposes The seller I bought them from made it clear they were fake So he was being honest and only charged me like $900 They look real but a magnet shows it is fake

Pretty easy to pick #4, though #3 was different than the others, but still not right Wish I could hear They make them look worn and a bit dirty, but too "perfect" with no scratches, nicks or dings which is a quick give away

Any time you buy coins at a flea market, you can bet it is probably fake It is best to always invest in any coin from an actual coin dealer Mine knows me and gives me a deal when I buy certain coins Visually looking doesn't cut it Anything can be faked now days

Bull crap My little nephew gave me two of them and I took them to a friend of mine who works at a coin dealer shop I said to him as I handed them to him " tell me which one is real, and which one is fake, without doing a magnetic test" He handed one back and said this is the fake, and held the other one and said this is the real one I replied to him "nope"!! "Their both fake"!! The look on his face was unforgettable! I let him keep them in order bust the frauds Dude, you can't tell by just looking at them, no freaking way China is making these, and they look and weigh the same

I'm gonna take a while guess and say that the 1894 is the real one Let's find outbrbrYup, I was wrong I actually bought a few of these fake Morgan dollar coins a few weeks ago online, thinking they were real These websites with a bunch of random jumbled letters just include on their home page that they're authorized by the US government, and they even include the logo of the US Mint to trick people I took the coins to a shop that buys and sells gold and silver when I was concerned about the weight of the coins, and they used some XRF gun to measure the metal content They ended up being 5691 copper, 3466 zinc, 5/78 nickel, 123 silver, 066 lead, 0445 iron, and 02 tin I disputed the charge and reported the business to the FTC, now just waiting for my credit card company to return the funds to me I'm also wondering if I should make a report with US Customs and Border Protection since the order shipped with a Chinese logistics company, Yanwen

You can find good deals if you search hard enough I did score a real 1889 Morgan part of a bezel for $5 Scammers try to put sky high prices all the time Recently a guy tried offering a common circulated 1936 Walker in one of those cheap looking Americana sets He wanted $20 and i said $8 and he got irate 😂
