all these tutorial people on YouTube are good starting points but being a programmer is only like 10 to do with programmingbrthe real skills are:br- understanding version control and working on large team projects via VCSbr- thinking how best to solve problems, and how technologies work togetherbr- DevOps is basically mandatory now CI/CD, how to work with cloud and containers and IaCbr- solid fundamentals like networking, security, Linux OS, what system calls your code is actually makingbrbrit's putting all the parts together that is the real skill it's like calling yourself an architect and all you know how to do is lay bricks

i was on my way out to the west coast at the motel in the elevator i was talking too some farmers about tech there happen to be a farmer conference going on in the building they said building automated picking machines was at the top of there desperation list they really need this tech because the manual labor for picking there fruits and vegetables has gone threw the roof python , machine learning with some ai tech would fit the bill

I recently made a Python/Streamlit ChatGPT agent by parsing advanced Python books and Streamlit documentation geared towards building data dashboards specifically I'm really impressed by the results, the lack of hallucinations and circular reasoning, the reduction of iterations Your suggestions are dead on I'm making a lot of money with dashboards that bring insights on data and can be deployed easily in the cloud I'm a good Python analyst but, not a programmer per say I have a very powerful assistant by my side that follows directions to the letter

as a data analyst with 3 years of experience in the field, it s more than just python, it s more about the mindset, python it s just a tool like many othersbrand for people interested in that, you don't necessarily need python, python it s a great tool for some specific tasksbrdefinitely worth trying and doing it, very well paid industrybrbut first make sure to learn the basics because you are delivering insights, you re not delivering technical stuff that most stakeholders don't know and don't care about
