Great video, but there is an error in example 3 Since payments are made monthly while interest is compounded annually (ie payments are more frequent than interest), the annuity is nominal This problem cannot be solved using the calculator if P/Y isn't changed

@joshemmanuel for example 5, why is PV negative? is it always negative when calculating for i/y? If the 25,000 is in his bank account and it's growing to 32,000 i'm not understanding why it's an outflow
