It's sad that a guy who considers himself reasonably intelligent couldn't figure ASDA's own explanation of how it works & ended up listening to this lovely Geordie lady's video Many thanks for that explanation, I suggest you offer it to ASDA !!! Altho loading the app was simple, activating it is proving difficult cos I have a poor & intermittent signal - a number of attempts to get a verification code (use within ten minutes) all arrived at once but also a note that I have to wait for an hour before trying again "to safeguard my cashpot" - which of course is empty!!!!! I'll put the whole idea on the back-burner until my next shop - if a decent number of my usual purchases would put 10 of the cost into my cashpot I'll give it a whirl, if they don't I really can't be bothered to progress it Like @7577ia posted, ASDA have over-thought the whole idea
