I saw this 30000 offer on line - made attempt to open on line, but it wasn't working for me Went into my local branch and told them i couldn't apply on line and if it mattered that i came to branch I was told it didn't make a difference and that i would receive the full 30000 well - I received a bonus only for 20000 The rep said she did put in a request to get the remainder of 10000, and was told it may take up to ten business days ten days have passed, and so far the balance of 10000 isn't in my account Being I was told it didn't matter that i came into branch to open, I should be given the benefit of doubt and deposit the other 10000 This is what I'd call great customer service Comment from : @vah618 |

I applied online for this bonus but the application did not go through and the website told me to go to a branch I went to a branch to open an account, and the banker gave me a $200 bonus I asked for the $300 bonus, but they said that was for "Online Checking only" 🙄 Okay, whatever I did get an extra $25 for opening a savings account with them, too This all happened about two months ago I did receive both bonuses after about 40 days and at this point am waiting to close the accounts Comment from : @ArcG3 |
