I just read this book and I'm confusedwas the society set up by some to create a community with no sufferings while the real civilizations i mens people whi perceive colours,feel existedi thought that the world we are now with colours ceased to exist as thaosands of years passed and only a few were leftso this society was made and they didn't remember the pastthey were well manipulatedbrbr2) how does he find the sledge on the hill top when it was just not his memory but a memory given by the giver lets say it was his own memoryhow was he certain he would find it at the topwhen he was born in the community and never saw snow???????brbr3) How will jumping to the river magically disperse memories to othersi mean they too had prolly never lived before and hence will not have memoriesits not like you know how your ancestors feel how they interact,societies without reading books about themand they don't have booksbrbr4) in the movie which had not been mentioned in the bookwhen he slides with the sledge with Gabriel he surpassed a pole which sent a shockwave bringing back colours to the community along with memorieswas that poles surrounding the community preventing colours and feelings in that areabrbrAnswer me if you can anyone

Just finished this novel as an ea and i think it is a good book for youth to read as the ending not knowing what happens (im looking into ordering the others) but its nice hearing what they percieve I personally enjoyed the novel sorry for grammar
