Awesome work on the video, extremely informative and right to the chase I do have one issue I continue to run into while prospecting profitable section 8 properties, and was hoping you could help provide a solution When searching for properties on Zillow, how do we know what to look for to assure us for a fact that it will pass inspection by the Feds to able to be rented out under their section 8 program? Imagine going through the process of contacting the seller or even getting it under contract, just to find out the Feds won't put Sec 8 tenants in there anyways I know you mentioned the property has to be in "good" condition, but I don't want to start the funding process without knowing the exact property I want that will work, along with the numbers

only about 1/3rd of the way through the video so pardon me if you address this brI am not the property owner, but was asked to help get section 8 tenants into the owners properties and navigating the process of inspections, background screening etc due to owners lack of English brbrDo I need a real estate license for this since to me in some roundabout way it feels like being a property manager? The world needs this one Joseph Did a search and your was near the top Wow! Inspections on an 80k home is about 1k out there? In CT the prices are much lower of course depending on the sqftge Also, I am curious what general percentage you applied allowing for just 400 for the Realtor fees? Out here for example (all of this is always negotiable) I may request a 2 or more as a fee or are you describing a limited service approach? Thanks for that clarity Keep making vids man

Have been renting out my rental property for about 24 years now Worst experience I had was renting to Section 8 tenants They never paid on time and they ruined my property Bad experience, not worth the hassle Maybe ok if you're unable to rent, but brace yourself
