Great video Im curious, when swimming beneath and coming up for air, should I breathe through my mouth or nose? I'm the one that ends up inhaling or drinking most of the pool water! Once that happens, I'm done! How can I avoid this trauma?

How do you tread water? I can only doggy paddle to stay above but get tired and start to sink Everyone makes it so easy and look like theyre not even trying, yet they can stay above without sinking

My first time at pool was 1st January 2025 On the 31st I watch videos on how to float and swim , buh when I get inside the pool, I breathe in small and pull myself in with my feet locked to the floor thinking in will float 😂😂I should have breathe in heavily and clinge my hands to my knees letting my feet leave the floor Will try and do better next time Thanks for the content man 😂😂

Hi, thank you for your excellent video I can swim just a little bit but struggle with breathing, so I am always stopping after 30 seconds of taking off I am 69 yo (now retired) and would like to develop my swimming skills I am accustomed to breathing in through my nose and out through my mouth Most of the videos I watch seems to suggest the opposite brHow do I practice to get the breathing rhythm changed to in thru mouth out thru nostrils for swimming?

I’ve never heard you need air in your lungs to float but how does one hold air in the lungs while breathing, I would think one would need to learn how to float first before swimming but it’s not as easy as it looks
