brHeavens Pact : After the player reaches level 1250 a heavenly scroll will appear on the players inventory This scroll will teleport the player to Heaven, this will work like the conception conch After reaching heaven the player can talk to the God npc, this npc will give the player the option to form a pact with the Seraphic Rod, this will cost the player 10 Million Credits

brThe pact will have the following effects on the player Curse of binding: The player can only use the Seraphic Rod , no other rod can be equipped Pure being : The seraphic Rod cannot be enchanted The true power: In exchange for not being able to use any other rod or enchanting this rod will have 3 passives Passive #1 : 40 chance of Heavenly mutation 5x(same as Heavens rod) Passive #2 : 10 chance of a fish being both sparkling and shiny( same as Celestial rod passive) Passive #3 : Ignores any negative progression speed a fish has while catching
