I was on the phone for 1hour and 20minutes or more with the mint trying to get one, and when I got through they were sold out I'm buying one Tuesday the 3rd for 1,000 It's raw, do you think that is a good buy?

I have one graded PR69 through NGC I have started to see a decent amount of the signed COA ones on Ebay for a huge amount so if anyone has a signed PR70 COA silver eagle they're selling for around 10k on Ebay
