Phil 2000 is junk,nothing special in my opinion,good luck getting somewone to answer phoneCheck manual will have picture of shaver you bought but inside its a diff series razor diff modelAnd its made in ChinaAfter a year batt loses powerWith all of them i went back to a razor,nothing better

I've have the latest Phillips series 9000, the Panasonic Arc5 and Braun S9 Pro plus Phillips is the closest and quickest but leaves a rash/reddish under neck if getting the flat hairs Braun is the best IMO, especially when going over same area a few times with the tricky hairs under neck line, very gentle, the Braun pro plus trimmer (a upgrade compared to std pro model) is a far better trimmer than the phillips or Panasonic models Hope this helps 👍😊

Hi, i want to shave everyday and i have tried different razors but no luck I tend get irritation and have multiple cuts both the cheeks Will electric razor help me not get those? And if yes which one should i use?

Bought the one blade when it came out Still have it The replacement blades are getting increasingly difficult to find in stores So i just use my gillette ProGlide Shield razor as a backup
