Portraits suck, everything has to be perfect and you aren't that good so now what? What's outside your window? Your garden, your bird feeder, your neighbors old barn, snow covered trees The world I'm shocked when I hear someone say they don't know what to draw Get a kids picture book of birds and start drawing them

A Well done video that breaks down the learning curve one might experience reading Heads and Hands by Frank Loomis HamRib does a great job at getting you started I personally find better results from reading, so I would recommend purchasing a copy of Loomis’ book(s) for more detail

I like your style It’s like a more simplified Reilly method but more detailed Loomis lol After an accident a few years back it impaired my drawing ability but videos like yours make it easier to get back in and try again Thank you for this 😊

Lips end seem to line up with center eye, not speaking like I'm an expert to be honest the step by step always made it hard for me than just drawing what's in my head or what I see the best I canbut I like ur video so ima sub n like and probably use it during my practice cuz I'm still gonna try to get it down even tho it's harder for me than just drawing without the step by step

Really wish the tutorial was made to draw along Some parts felt long, and well explained, but is skipped right through in practice I had to rewind multiple times as it seems to be left up to yourself to figure it out Really enjoyed how you explain some of it, other stuff you just put on without stating why or how Tried to follow it three times before I got too frustrated and quit ❤
