 The crown (5 shillings) was never in general circulation in the 20th century, they were only minted as commemorative coins The one shown in this video looks like the one issued to commemorate the Queen’s coronation in 1953 And inflation had rendered the farthing (¼ d) redundant by the early 1960s so it had long since disappeared from purses and pockets by the time Decimal Day arrived in Feb 1971
