Once i heard entirely opposite argument to that showed in short - such, our brains doesn't like to learn something new; brain hasn't infinite capacity and to remember some information it need to exploit some energy; despite its complex working, it's very lazy So wanting to learn something new we have to sweat "extremely" throught different methods
