half dollar 40 silver should weigh 115 g, copper-nickel clad copper weigh 113g 1971 half dollar supposed to be in copper-nickel clad copper not in 40 silver planchet if it happened to be in 40 silver planchet, it is rare but the weight must be 115g not 113g

I think you meant to say is that 1971 s PR69 was proof like, however San Francisco made the proof coins for 1971, and a proof like designation would be PL, just saying that it was almost misleading no offense intended brah ✌️
